This efficient and certified system is safe for people and the plant. This technology has been optimised for various plants such as waste-to-energy plants, biomass power plants, coal and gas power plants, as well as for the paper and other industries. In addition to the walls, the pressure wave also has a deep cleaning effect in tube bundles. Furthermore, we offer a consulting service to increase the efficiency of your plant. We also carry out inspections of plants during operation using high-temperature cameras.

Function

A cooled lance with a pre-assembled special sleeve is placed through a boiler door or a viewing opening in the area of the surface to be cleaned. There, the sleeve is inflated with an ignitable gas mixture and brought to explosion. Ash and fouling are removed by the generated pressure wave itself or by the subsequent oscillation of the pipes and walls. The number and dosage of gas detonations are adapted to the plant and the contamination situation.
