What We Offer (Parts & Services)

Our substantial product range of supply encompassing tube material of various sizes and material specifications of ASME, BS3059, DIN 17175, and others (E.g ASME SA192, SA210GrC, SA213 T11, T12 T22, T23, T91, BS3059 Pt 2 Grade 320, 360, 620-460, 622-490).

We supply tubes from reputable mills in Japan, Germany, France, and America base on customer’s requirements.

We have the required tube material and sizes for industrial boilers, petroleum refineries, chemical plants, sugar and palm oil mills and numerous power plants (i.e. IHI, MHI and ALSTOM boilers).

We are able to provide engineering solutions in repair, maintenance of power plant and industrial boilers, pressure vessel, and heat exchangers retubing.

Our group of experienced workforce has vast experiences and has been actively engaged in and successfully completed repair projects in power generation industry, palm oil mills, paper mills and other general industry.

We are actively involved in boiler pressure parts fabrications (i.e. Tube Bending, Tube Swaging, Bifurcate Tube) and have successfully supplied to Power Generation Plants in the region.

We have bending machine that can produce many intricate shaped bends including Return Bends with Tight Bend Radius Bending for boiler or heat exchanger needs.

We are also capable to supply boiler ancillaries part such as tube protection shields, spacers, and tube attachments.
