The material used for products manufacturing are 100% traceable with raw materials from West-EU. We also offer surface treatments that can withstand up to 6000 hours of ASTM B117 Salt Spray Test before red rust occurs.

We are capable to supply you with any custom specifications and standard sizes of gasket seals made out of soft iron, monel or stainless steel. Special materials such as Alloy 625 or 825 are also available on request.
Our products are all from ISO-certified European manufacturers using European materials only. We offer full material traceability including chemical/mechanical test certification, notch impact test and hot tensile test. All our gasket seals are delivered according to DIN 7603 A and D form with standard hardness test certification. We offer a fitting fastener solution for every application, in any industry.
Hexagon Plugs are commonly used in combination with gasket seals to close tubes within the header of an (Air-Cooled) Heat Exchanger and to prevent them from leaking. They are able to withstand huge pressure. Through these tubes mostly energy (heat) is being transferred from a hot liquid (medium) to a colder liquid (medium).
Hexagon Plugs are commonly manufactured from drawing in materials such as A105N, A350 LF2, C35E, F316L, N06625, N08825 or F51. Our Hexagon Plugs are made from European materials by at least ISO 9001:2015 and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU certified European manufacturers. All of our Hexagon Plugs are at least EN 10204 3.1. certified. We also offer full material traceability and EN 10204 3.2. certificate, on your request stamped and approved by a third party agency such as TUV, Lloyds’ Register or Bureau Veritas.
The most common fasteners such as bolts, nuts and washers we supply all comply with DIN Standard. We offer a broad range of DIN/ISO fasteners for your specific application in any industrial application. Moreover, products with any specific coating or specification are also available. Whether you are looking for Hexagon Bolts according DIN 933/ISO 4017 or Stud Bolts according DIN 976 or even DIN 2510, we are able to meet your requirements.
We have materials suited for higher temperatures such as our ASTM A193 B7M and materials better suited for lower temperatures such as the ASTM A320 L7M. We offer a wide range of stud bolts, hexagon bolts and hexagon nuts in different materials
