1) Oxygen Generator

  • Oxygen Purity : Our standard PSA oxygen generator can achieve oxygen purity of 93 ± 2% with balance mainly consists of nitrogen gas. Higher purity of oxygen up to 99.5% can be achieved upon request.
  • Oxygen Capacity : We offer a wide range of PSA oxygen generators with capacity from 5 Nm3/hr to 200 Nm3/hr. For higher oxygen flow, VPSA oxygen generators can be supplied for lower energy consumption upon request.
  • Oxygen Discharge Pressure : Our standard PSA oxygen generator can deliver oxygen up to 5 bar without a booster. For oxygen discharge pressure higher than 5 bar, an oxygen booster can be supplied upon request.
  • Oxygen Dew Point : Our standard PSA oxygen generator delivers dry gas with dew point approximately -40°C.
  • Operation : Our standard PSA oxygen generator is complete with a Siemens PLC and HMI for fully automatic operation. The equipment is designed with automatic start / stop and automatic venting of gas that do not meet the requirement.

2) Complete PSA Oxygen Generator System

Our complete oxygen generator system consists of air compressor working on variable frequency drive, air receiver tanks, air filters, refrigerant dryer, PSA oxygen generator, oxygen receiver tanks and interconnecting piping in Stainless Steel material as standard package. All equipment is mounted onto a compact and portable skid for easy assembly and fast installation.
Oxygen booster and cylinder filling manifold can be provided upon request.

Technology Highlights

PSA oxygen generator is a robust and reliable product based on Pressure Swing Adsorption technology using state of the art Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) adsorbents.
The PSA oxygen generator consists of two (2) towers filled with the ZMS adsorbents that are highly selective to adsorption of nitrogen from air and hence enabling the extraction of oxygen from air. The oxygen gas is delivered to the oxygen receiver tank as product while the nitrogen gas is vented to atmosphere.
The PSA process cycle consists of two key mechanisms: Adsorption (Pressurisation) and Desorption (Depressurisation). Each tower will undergo a cyclic sequence of pressurisation and depressurisation that guarantees the generation of a continuous flow of high purity oxygen gas.
When the tower is pressurised, the ZMS adsorbent retains the nitrogen present in the compressed air and the desired oxygen gas is obtained from the top of the column. At the same time, the other tower is depressurised, allowing the nitrogen adsorbed by the adsorbents to be desorbed and released. Upon depressurisation and regeneration, this column is then ready for adsorption in next process cycle.
